Jon Lachonis writes about the popularity of the TV show “Heroes” in the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.  The title of his piece is Uncommon Success From Common Beginnings.  Many people are describing “Heroes” as a new kind of TV and crediting its success to some new formula, but as Lachonis points out, it is simply going back to the basics of providing good stories about people on journeys.  He says Jung described the need for hero´s stories as “psychological heroin, and the need to tell it an unconscious imperative.”
