HeroCamp

It’s been over a week since I last posted which is a sign that working summer camp takes a whole lot of time. I have a Batman post coming, but thought I’d point out what’s happening with the HeroCamp that’s being organised primarily by Tara Hunt.
From the wiki:
Organizing a camp for (super)heroes is no small feat, but someone needs to do it. It will be a gathering of heroes, sharing their heroic acts and pitching their desire to collaborate with other heroes on future heroic acts. Heroic acts include, but are not limited to, creating stuff that changes the world, empowers the disempowered, creates world peace, saves the planet, makes people happy, and makes a real difference in your local community.
We plan to launch a project at the end of the 4-5 day schedule of intensive brainstorming and planning. The ideas launched will have to be simply executable by a wider network of (Super)Heroes that couldn’t be there to plan it. For the first 2 days, we brainstorm, dream, map out and scribble. For the last 2-3 days, we create materials, plans and websites so that we can launch a beta soon afterwards.
