What If Gandhi Couldn’t Be Bothered?

Today is Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday.  There was a peace march in Flint.  I found these ads on Dennis Pamlin’s blog.  They ask the question, what if Gandhi, Mandela, or the Dalai Lama took the easy path?  These men, and the heroes like them, consistently chose to sacrifice elements of their lives for the greater good.  At many points, they could have stopped making those choices and relaxed, but they didn’t.  That’s the mark of a hero.

What sacrifice could you make for the good of others?  Even if it’s one other person.
